Frequently asked questions.

A digital dental laboratory runs design (CAD), milling/3D-printing production and quality control in a single digital workflow starting from the intraoral scan. Instead of physical impressions, a verifiable, archivable digital process is used.
We work with all intraoral scanners that export open STL/PLY files (Medit, iTero, Primescan, 3Shape, etc.). The digital workflow starts the moment you connect your scanner.
Typical digital cases are delivered in 48 hours; full-arch and complex cases are planned per case.

Yes. Digital files can be sent from anywhere in Türkiye; we use courier when physical material is required. Our lab is in Ataşehir, Istanbul.
We produce to a sub-10µm tolerance target on 5-axis CAD/CAM and verify passive fit on full-arch cases with photogrammetry. We work to CE & ISO 13485 standards.
